The noise of daily life. The ache of change. The slow forgetting that happens in small, quiet ways. My distance reiki sessions are a sacred spaces to return—to yourself, your voice, your soul. Through intuitive ritual and guided energy work, this one-on-one session gently supports your reconnection and reintegration. It’s a place to lay down what no longer serves and gather back the pieces of who you’ve always been. This is for you if you're feeling untethered, spiritually foggy, or simply ready to feel whole again. What to Expect: Each session is intuitively led and includes: * Opening chat to set intentions * Guided meditation * Distance Reiki healing * Crystal therapy using a physical proxy * End-of-session integration chat * Intuitive messages from spirit Sessions are held virtually via Zoom and last approximately 60 minutes. You’ll receive follow-up guidance as needed. Healing tools used during the session: * Crystal Healing: Crystals are intuitively selected and placed on a physical proxy or stand-in for your body during the session to support energetic alignment, chakra balance, and soul remembrance. What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing where the practitioner acts as a facilitator in helping the body's energy centers align themselves. How Distance Reiki Works: Energy transcends time and space. In a distance Reiki session, I attune to your energetic field with sacred intention and channel healing frequencies to where they are most needed.
