Service Description

My Soul Activation Sessions are a great way to reignite your soul in between your other sessions or to give reiki a try before committing to a longer session. These are not meant to be a permanent thing or to replace the longer sessions. As we go throughout our days we are bombarded with numerous things that disconnect us from our true selves. From the places we go to the social media posts we see, bit by bit we become more & more distant from hearing that inner voice until it becomes a faint whisper. This distance causes us to become completely disconnected with our inner knowing, our voice, our soul. This does not include any large transitions or periods of grief/change that we may experience that leave us not recognizing who we are anymore. What to expect/what’s included: -Opening of space (done before you get there) -Start of session chat -Guided Meditation -Reiki Healing -End of session chat -Closing of space (done after you leave) -Total time I dedicate to your session is around 45 minutes Some common questions: What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing where the practitioner acts as a facilitator in helping the body's energy centers align themselves. No touching is involved & you stay fully clothed. This is for an IN PERSON session. If you are displaying ANY symptoms of illness with or without fever on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. I appreciate your understanding in this regard. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours, will incur the full session fee.
