I’m Heather Selene, and it’s an honor to welcome you into this sacred space. For over 35 years, I’ve been on a deep and winding journey of healing, spiritual growth, and self-discovery. Every step—through grief, trauma, rebirth, and awakening—has brought me here: to a life devoted to helping others reconnect with their soul and remember who they truly are.

About Me
I’m an intuitive healer, spiritual teacher, and soul guide. My path to this work wasn’t linear. It was carved through loss, trauma, and revelation. I grew up as an only child in a religious but unstable home, raised by a loving mother and an abusive stepfather. Despite the outward appearance of a perfect church-going family, the reality was painful and chaotic. Family secrets, silence, and survival shaped my earliest years.
After high school, I had to forgo a vocal performance scholarship because we couldn’t afford the rest. I went straight into the workforce, often holding two jobs while helping care for my mother. When she passed away suddenly in 2005, it shattered me—and set me on a path of deep inner work. That grief cracked me open, revealing the spiritual dimension of healing that no one talks about.
Years later, the traumatic birth of my son and two miscarriages deepened that realization. And in 2022, a DNA test revealed the man I believed to be my biological father wasn’t. That discovery unlocked a wave of ancestral healing, including visitations from a Native grandmother spirit who had been appearing in my Reiki sessions—someone I later learned was my paternal 4th great-grandmother. Her presence became a guiding force in uncovering my lineage, my truth, and my deeper calling.
My Work
I’ve spent the last decade turning my healing into service. I’m a Certified Aromatherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Advanced Crystal Master, and ordained minister. I’ve worked with energy, scent, vibration, and spirit to help people reconnect with themselves on a soul level.
My first company, Moonlit Garden Aromatherapy, evolved into The Spunky Cauldron, a physical storefront that became a beloved spiritual hub in Oklahoma. We offered everything from bath and body products to crystals, classes, and community healing spaces. In 2020, we went viral and experienced rapid growth, serving thousands of customers before closing in 2023 due to the shifting economy and social/spiritual climate of the area.
Now, through my newest venture Heather Selene, I bring this work fully online—with deeper presence, more heart, and a renewed commitment to spiritual care. I offer:

My mission is to hold sacred space for people in transition—grieving, searching, awakening—and help them remember who they truly are. I want to create a global community where soul healing is not just accepted, but honored. A space where ancestral wisdom, sacred ritual, and modern tools come together to help people find wholeness again.
